Eligibility

Refunds available within 7 days of purchase for digital products. Services are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Courses are non-refundable after 30% completion.

How to request

Open the order in your orders page and click Request refund.
Include a brief reason (10+ characters required).
Jatan replies within 48 hours.

Timeline

Refunds credit back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (UPI/cards) or 7-10 days (netbanking).

Exceptions

Custom work, live sessions, and courses after 30% completion are not eligible.
