1. Who we are
Nyxo is a commerce platform for independent creators in India and around the world. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for anything done on your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload — products, courses, site copy, imagery. You grant Nyxo a non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver your content to your buyers. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to everything you sell.
4. Payments & fees
Platform fees are shown on the pricing page and in your settings. Razorpay and Stripe charge their own gateway fees per transaction. Payouts are issued weekly on Mondays to the bank account on file.
5. Refunds
Every product has a configurable refund window (7 days by default). We may issue refunds directly from the platform in cases of dispute, fraud, or policy violation.
6. Prohibited content
You may not sell or distribute content that infringes copyright, promotes violence or hate, solicits illegal activity, or falls under Nyxo's acceptable-use policy.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, following reasonable notice where possible. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy; a 30-day grace period lets you cancel.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the fees you paid Nyxo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
